Bethanie brings a rare blend of dedication, professionalism, and warmth to her role as Director of Operations for the firm’s Puyallup office. Proudly rooted in Tacoma, she has built her career around serving her community with excellence. Bethanie is often the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them with compassion and expertise from initial treatment through litigation. Her background in personal injury law, combined with years of experience in chiropractic offices, gives her a unique ability to navigate complex cases while providing unparalleled support to clients.

In addition to her operational leadership, Bethanie serves as the firm’s lead event planner, affectionately known as the “master of fun.” She brings creativity, organization, and an unmistakable personal touch to every firm event, ensuring each one is both engaging and memorable.

Outside the office, Bethanie is a dedicated mom who spends much of her free time coaching and cheering on her son, Everett, as he plays football, basketball, baseball, and soccer. A lifelong supporter of local sports, she is a passionate fan of the Seahawks, Mariners, Kraken and Rainiers, and still holds out hope to cheer on the Sonics again with Everett one day.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, earned while balancing full-time professional responsibilities and family life. This academic achievement reflects her strong work ethic, commitment to personal growth, and drive to lead with excellence.
