Jess is a Washington State native with a diverse professional background focused on delivering exceptional client experiences. Throughout her career, she has worked in marketing, photography, and sales, developing a strong foundation in communication, brand strategy, and relationship building. Her passion for connecting with people and understanding their needs has consistently guided her work.
Jess holds a degree in UX/UI Design from Pierce College, where she refined her skills in user-centered design and digital strategy. Her creativity, attention to detail, and enthusiasm make her a valuable asset to the Sears Injury Law team.
As the Marketing and Client Experience Specialist, Jess is excited to strengthen client relationships, enhance the firm’s outreach efforts, and ensure every client interaction reflects the compassion and professionalism Sears Injury Law is known for. She is passionate about creating meaningful connections within the community and connecting with clients at the conclusion of their settlement to ensure they feel valued, supported, and celebrated at that important milestone.
Jess lives in Enumclaw with her husband and their two children. As a family, they love snowboarding, fishing, camping, and spending as much time outdoors as possible together.
