Throughout his career, Joe has been involved in managing over $41 million in ad and marketing spend for PR firms and brands, along with overseeing the personal brands of celebrities, influencers, and Hall of Fame athletes. His deep understanding of ROI in today’s marketing landscape allows him to craft impactful, data-driven strategies while maintaining a people-first approach.

Joe found a natural fit at Sears Injury Law, where he partnered with Rob Sears to merge his expertise in marketing with his passion for making a difference. Outside of work, he enjoys short runs, long walks, and continuously finding ways to improve the client experience through innovation and strategy.
