Paloma Moreno-Rivera is a bilingual intake specialist who brings a steady, people first approach to personal injury law. Fluent in English and Spanish, she ensures that clients feel heard and understood in the language that is most comfortable for them. With nearly a decade of experience as an early childhood educator, Paloma developed a strong ability to listen deeply, communicate clearly, and support individuals during challenging moments. Raised in Bellevue, she grew up with a strong sense of community involvement and public service especially in the PNW. Today, she continues that commitment through her work with the City of Covington, where she serves as Chair of the Arts Council.

This civic experience helps her understand people from many walks of life and strengthens her ability to connect with clients in a genuine, respectful way.

Outside of her professional work, she is a lifelong artist having danced with the Pacific Northwest Ballet for 15 years as well as creating paintings that have been featured and sold in galleries. Her background working with families, students, and diverse community members has taught her how to identify needs quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and guide people through stressful situations with patience and confidence.
