Ryan Sandberg
Marketing and Strategy
Born and raised in Gig Harbor, WA, Ryan attended the University of Washington, where he majored in Biology. During his time there, he interned as an Athletic Trainer for the Huskies’ football and basketball teams, gaining firsthand experience in injury recovery and performance optimization.
He then joined a national physical therapy practice, where he worked directly with patients before transitioning to business development. He gained experience working with peers from all around the country, and spending the last five years servicing the Phoenix, AZ community. His deep understanding of healthcare operations and patient care fuels his passion for helping people recover and regain their quality of life after injury.
Ryan brings his unique experience to our team, as he ensures that every client receives top-tier service and support throughout their recovery journey. His background in healthcare, team dynamics, and business strategy allows him to streamline processes and enhance the firm’s commitment to client care through all stages of their journey.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Kym, and their dog, Kona. You’ll often find him outside on the golf course, hiking, or cheering on the Huskies, Mariners, Seahawks, and Kraken.
