But beyond sports, his greatest inspiration came from home—watching his parents build a successful landscaping business despite not knowing English or having any prior business experience. Their determination instilled in him belief in the power of ambition and the willingness to chase big dreams.

Fueled by a curiosity about the human body and a passion for helping others, Rey got his B.S. in Kinesiology, diving into injury recovery and treatment. While his path eventually led him into sales and client relationship management, his ability to connect with people on a meaningful level never wavered. He found fulfillment in educating, guiding, and supporting those he worked with, helping them feel confident in their decisions.

This same passion for adding value to people’s lives played a pivotal role in his decision to join Sears Injury Law. Now, as a Client Relationship Manager, he uses his background in business development and client relations to build trust and provide support to individuals navigating challenging legal situations.
Outside of work, Rey finds joy in spending time at the beach, a lifelong love from his days in Southern California. Now in Vancouver, he embraces new adventures—exploring, creating memories with family, staying active, learning new things, and seeking growth and self-improvement.
